It's a been a rough week: Trying to catch up on last week's backlog, working on the response to the Computer Bits article which led to the development of the planned /webdev section, where I'm now making room for all the various essays and articles that I've written and jotted down; writting the syllabus for the summer class on web graphics I'm teaching; a friend and her husband visiting from San Diego; Amy's doctor visit; tons of work at work (estimates, web development, client meetings); getting my new company supplied pager set up; ...

Yeah.

Things are hectic. High stress. I can feel it all through my shoulders and neck.

Breathe... In.... Out... In... Out... Count to 20, plan the direction, then leap.
